Lindauer Hafenweihnacht

Unique in its festive atmosphere, Lindauer Hafenweihnacht gives visitors and locals an unforgettable Advent season on 4 weekends between 27 November and 21 December 2025.

Set against the backdrop of snow-covered Alpine peaks, the shimmering lake reflects twinkling lights, while along the lakeside promenade a magical forest filled with mythical figures and real animals awaits – the Lindau Harbour Christmas Market is truly something special.

At the lovingly decorated market stalls – as well as in many of the island’s boutiques – the motto is “quality over quantity”: Fair trade goods and regional products turn gift shopping into a sustainable delight.

On the stage by the harbour, a variety of performers appear on each day of Advent, filling the air with festive music and dance. And when it comes to food, you can indulge in seasonal culinary treats that are sure to please.

The charmingly decorated old town of Lindau Island, with its winding alleys and numerous shops, also invites you to take a relaxed stroll through a truly enchanting Christmas atmosphere.
